Christmas Eve (not Christmas Day) is the big celebration for locals in Vietnam. People crowd streets for photos with lights and decorations, attend midnight mass, then enjoy a family meal that might mix pho, turkey, and bûche de Noël (log cake). Santa sometimes arrives on a motorbike!
