There was a teacher who I read about a few weeks ago. He believed all of his students were cheating by submitting assignments using AI. He set a trap. He gave the students their assignment but typed an instruction or prompt to make a totally random reference to something which had no link to the subject matter. This sneaky prompt was in white so the students couldn't see it. When they copy and pasted the assignment into the AI, the invisible prompt went in too. The students didn't even read the assignment that the AI generated, so when the teacher got the assignments back, lots of them contained the unrelated subject matter. Old school, but incredibly sneaky of the teacher!
